Gentofte Figure Skating Club (GKF) would like to invite you to our Figure skating summer camp 2025 in Gentofte, close to Copenhagen. For the athletes, we are offering different practice packages for the different levels.
The camp starts Monday the 30th of June and ends Friday 4th of July 2025.
We have following groups:
Group 1 - Novice M - Junior M - Senior M (Lands all the time all double jumps & working on 2 A & triple jumps)
(M1, K-Sport and K-Sport Mandag)
Group 2 - Cubs M- Springs M - Debs M (Lands all double jumps & working on 2 A)
(M2)
Group 3 - K -Skaters From age 13 and up (minimum all single jumps, axel and practicing /or including double jumps)
(Senior/Junior/Novice, F1 over 13 år)
Group 4 - K-Skaters From age 7 up to uge 12 (only single jumps and practicing single axel and double jumps)
(Cubs, springs, F1, Basic, age 7-12)

When signing up for the camp you must find the one that best describes you as a skater. Look at jumps AND age.

Practice:
Group 1 – 4:
- Technique on ice, includes steps and spins and skating Skills / Expression 2-3 ice pass each day.
The minimum size of each group is 4 and might be filled up with skaters from other groups.
In some cases, the groups might be mixed.

Accommodation needs to be booked separately and is not incl. in the camp price.

Insurance
Make sure that you bring your blue European health certificate.
Responsibility
The organizer is not held liable for you or your health on or off the ice. All skaters who are under the age of 18 years should travel with a parent or guardian.
Younger skaters that are not able to tie their own skates should bring parent to help them during the camp.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, a written form is required. We will return 50% of the booking when the written cancellation is done 1/1 2025 – 1/05.2025.
After 01.04.2025 we will charge 100% of the booking.
If you have to cancel due to injury then 75% of the booking will be returned but proof of injury have to be provided.
Photo and video
By signing up to the camp you also give us permission to take video and pictures and use it on social media.

 | Lucie Kadlčáková specialized in Skating skills, Choreography, Ice Dance and Solo Ice Dance. As Ice dancer she has won several ISU Junior Grand Prix medals and placed as 10th at the World Junior Championship. From 2015-2019 she was Head coach in RSIK, Before under and after, she has attended several ISU seminars, international competitions, junior grand prix, and latest one of her teams qualified to Gangwon - Winter Youth Olympic Games. Katjaana Kanninen is a Bachelor of Sport Medicine, specializing in coaching and performance. She is also a physiotherapist. Katjaana had her own competitive skating career in Finland, competing at the national level. After her career, she coached skaters in Sweden for three years. Upon returning to Finland, she worked at the Peurunka Skating Academy in Laukaa for a couple of years, and currently, she works as a figure skating coach and strength and conditioning coach at EVT (Etelä-Vantaan Taitoluistelijat) in Helsinki. She speaks Finnish, Swedish, and English fluently. |
